Product description states that it may enhance lash growth, but I don't usually take this kind of claims seriously. Well, girls, looks like it's not a joke! I think I saw a slight improvement in their thickness and length! I don't wear eye make up every day, but there was a period of time full of events and I wore mascara several times a week - this is when I noticed the difference. I didn't use the same mascara each time, the only thing in common was that I always applied a coat of PureLash Extender underneath, so most probably this is what did the trick. Yes, it adds drama even if the mascara is "low-profile" and I cherish the thought that it treats/conditions at the same time.
Other than that, this product is not user-friendly: I find it difficult to apply close to the lash line, doesn't spread evenly, it's sticky, has an odd smell, but I can bear with that for the sake of naturally healthier eyelashes.

Layer on a thin coat. Don\\\\\\\'t let it dry completely before applying your mascara. It should still be tacky. One coat of mascara afterwards should be enough. Be sure to rock the mascara wand at the base of your lashes first. This is where you want the most product, then brush out to the tips.
