These are strong colors that produce the loveliest sheer glow on the skin. I like Impulse in particular, because it gives that "wind-burn" or sporty flush. It's a true deep clear red, like old-fashioned rouge. I apply by warming them on the back of my hand, or rubbing onto my fingers before the cheek. Or I will use a foundation brush.
