Follow the steps below to achieve Barb's smart, sophisticated look. Links to all products are provided, and they can also be found at the bottom of this page.




Model: Barb, Accountant

The Look: Create a sophisticated look that is perfect for everything from a professional engagement to an elegant dinner.

1. To prep the skin, use a rich (but not greasy) moisturizer, such as Santaverde's Rich Emulsion or Dr. Alkaitis Organic Day Cream.

2. Apply rms "un" cover-up using a camouflage brush or clean ring finger (pat, don't pull!) to conceal under eye dark areas or redness on the face.

3. Follow with Couleur Caramel Liquid Foundation or, if you need& extra moisture, Logona Age Protection Foundation. Set with Logona's Loose Powder.

4. Apply Jane Iredale Eye Gloss in Peach Silk, blending well using a concealer brush from lash line to crease.

5. Apply Iredale shadow in Allure, or Zuzu eye shadow in Casino, using a large shadow brush, from lash line to just above the crease, & from the inside corner of the lid to the outer corner.

6. Following a sideways "V" shape, as shown at left, apply a darker brown shade with a contouring brush. Try Couleur Caramel in Matte Brown, lightening it a bit by blending with Iredale shadow in Supernova, Couleur Caramel shadow in Red Brown or Zuzu shadow in Supernova.





7. Using a small eyeliner brush, slightly dampened with water or hydrosol, dip into Couleur Caramel shadow in Matte Brown & make a slight paste to line the upper lash line, as shown at left. Then use the same technique to line lower lash line, making sure to keep the line thin (tip: keep brush moist).

8. After curling the lashes, apply Couleur Caramel mascara in Brown.

9. Fill in brows using Couleur Caramel Eyebrow Pencil. Use short, wispy strokes, then blend using the brush end of the pencil.





10. To give a gorgeous glow to the cheeks, use a blush brush to apply Logona Duo Blush in Mauve to the apple of the cheeks, as shown at left. Then blend, without reapplying product to the brush, along the cheekbone toward the ear.

11. For the lips, use Logona's Lipstick Pencil in Bronze, followed by Logona Lipgloss in Tizian.
