Follow the steps below to achieve Kara's sultry eyes and glowing complexion. All products mentioned can be found at the bottom of this page.

Model: Kara, 25, model & actress

The Look: Play up her beautiful eyes with a smokey, sultry look that is sexy but not overpowering. To keep the focus on the eyes, go with a nude lip and, for the cheeks, a natural glow.

1. Prepare the skin for makeup with Keys Luminos Moisturizer or, if an SPF is desired, Keys Solar Rx.

2. Using a synthetic concealer brush, apply rms "un" cover-up, under the eyes, around the nose, under the lip, and anywhere you may have blemishes or redness.

3. To even out the complexion, use Jane Iredale's PurePressed Base. For best results, use Iredale's Chisel Powder Brush, and apply foundation in up and down strokes on the face.

4. Prepare the lids. Using a concealer brush, apply Jane Iredale's Eye Gloss in Brown Silk, blending evenly across the lid, stopping just above the crease (as shown on left). Allow 1-2 minutes for the gloss to dry.

5. Starting at the lash line and blending to just above the crease, apply Iredale Shadow in Dusk. To highlight browbone area, use a matte shadow, such as Alima Pure Shadow in Vanilla, making sure to tap off excess shadow from your shadow brush prior to application, and blending well. Then, using a thin, flat, slightly damp eyeliner brush, swipe Dusk under the lower lash line, as shown on left.

6. Place rms beauty living luminizer or Couleur Caramel eye shadow in White on the inner corner of the eyes with a pencil brush.

7. For best results with a liquid liner, use your own very thin brush, dip into Zuzu Liquid Eyeliner in Raven, and place 3 dots along the top lid, as shown at left. Then connect the dots to complete the upper lash line.

8. After curling the eye lashes, apply Couleur Caramel Mascara in Black.

9. To fill in brows, apply Couleur Caramel Eyebrow Pencil. Keep the tip well sharpened, and use short, wispy strokes, focusing more on areas where there may be gaps in the brow. Then use the brush end of the pencil to blend.

10. Using Jane Iredale's Fan Brush, apply Couleur Caramel Terre Caramel in 05 on the cheeks, as shown at left. Then, apply leftover product on the brush to the forehead, nose, and chin, to give the entire face a warm glow.

11. After first applying a thin layer of rms beauty lip balm, use Sante Lipstick in Shiny Bronze, followed by Jane Iredale PureMoist Lipgloss in Hazelnut.

12. Set the makeup with a light dusting of finishing powder, such as Couleur Caramel Loose Finishing Powder in Translucent, followed by a spritz of Galen Labs Hydrosol.
