It is for this reason that we have created our samples program, and continue to expand it, so that you can test many of our products before purchasing the full sizes. In addition, we have crafted a return policy that we hope minimizes the risk of our products ending up unused and unloved in the back of your closet.
For all products on our site, for which we do not offer samples, you may return them used or unused, within 30 days of purchase.
On all cosmetics, for which we offer samples, we do not accept returns, unless the products have not been used. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of our samples program whenever possible. We will accept returns on all skin and hair care within 30 days of purchase.
To return a product, please send an email to returns@natureofbeauty.com to notify us of your intent to return an item or items. Please give you name, the items you plan to return, and the reason for the return.
We will refund your credit card within 30 days of receiving your return. Please note that for larger returns, we are likely to take close to the full 30 days, whereas with smaller returns you will likely see your card refunded much sooner. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the return is a result of our error.
We hope this policy strikes the right balance between maximizing flexibility for you, our customer, while minimizing waste and expense that comes from used and discarded product.
