Shipping
Orders are shipped and delivered Monday - Saturday. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, although this is not guaranteed. We offer a number of different shipping options to meet your needs. Priority Mail (2-3) Shipping is only $5 on any size order within the U.S., including Puerto Rico and Guam. If we are unable to ship your order within 48 hours, we will refund the cost of shipping, but will still send it via Priority Mail when it is ready to ship; consequently, you should receive most orders you place with us within 4 days of purchase. If you require your order sooner, options for next-day shipping are provided for you at checkout.
Should you fail to receive your order with 10 days of purchase, please contact us at 651-314-4435 or info@natureofbeauty.com, as it is very rare that orders are delayed this long without someone contacting you. Your order may have been unintentionally misplaced or sent to an incorrect address.
Placing an order from outside the U.S.?
Our one-page checkout system accepts most international credit cards. If for some reason yours is not being accepted, please contact us at info@natureofbeauty.com and we will send you a PayPal request. If your country does not accept PayPal, or your card does not work when using PayPal, we will not be able to process your order. While we gladly ship to countries around the world, you should know that you may be charged additional customs taxes and duties by your country's government and/or postal service, in addition to the shipping charges calculated on our site. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. We have no control over the charges, and cannot estimate them for you in advance.
Also, please note that while sending international orders via USPS 1st Class Mail is usually very inexpensive (which is why we offer it), it does not provide the benefit of tracking information. Lately, 1st Class International orders have been taking much longer than was previously typical. Be aware that your order might take up to a month to reach you. If you need your order to reach you within 6-10 days, we strongly recommend selecting USPS Priority Mail.
The Nature of Beauty reserves the right to reimburse you for your purchase rather than re-send your order should you choose 1st Class International shipping and do not receive your order within 30 days.
